Salesperson / Customer Services Advisor
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30 pm.
Salary: basic £23,000 pa, after a probationary period we pay uncapped commission on sales.
We are a small, family-owned and managed progressive aftermarket parts business looking for an ambitious salesperson to join our sales team. We sell in over 70 countries on 6 continents to a wide range of customers globally. If you are an agriculture dealer parts person looking for a higher challenge with greater rewards, or somebody with an interest in agriculture or sales looking to be part of a tight-knit dynamic team, then we are the company for you.
Duties:
* All aspects of the sales department.
* Dealing with part sales by phone, email, and face to face.
* Ensuring the sale is completed and dealing with customer enquiries.
* Stock management and inventory.
* Invoicing.
* Mainly office-based role with potential for some travel nationally and internationally.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Ability to work as part of a team.
* Confidence to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face, and email.
* Exhibits a positive can-do attitude.
* Shows initiative.
* Knowledge of Tractors and the Agricultural Industry, preferably experience in the spare parts industry.
* Training provided for inexperienced candidates who show the right qualities.
