Salary: £30,000 per year
Location: Thirsk on-site.

Job Description:
Day to day management of the Field Service Planning Team
Deliver a daily plan for all engineers across the country.
Utilisation of available heads
Work closely with the regional managers to ensure engineer availability.
Forecast resource requirements and gaps in the field, liaising with the regional managers to move resources to fill gaps or manage backlogs
Drive continual improvements in the planning process to deliver:
Revenue recovery target
Engineer utilisation target
Estimation of revenues for every job
Estimating, planning, ordering parts for larger installations
Monitor backlogs and manage to target
Deliver customer SLA targets
Manage exceptions and customer complaints
When required, move into Root Cause Analysis mode to get to the root of any problems preventing the delivery of targets, plans and workloads.
Work with Head of Service and the Sales manager to understand and onboard new customer contract conditions and obligations
Deliver the out of hours service cover for weekends and bank holidays
Performance management, target setting and appraisals of the planning team
Holiday authorisations for the team ensuring coverage of the country
