About your team
The Chief Investment Office, Multi National Corporations and Advisory Group is formed of 4 core functions providing support across channels within the Global Platform Solutions (GPS) business area. The aim of this function is to deliver outstanding product solutions for our Advisor and MNC clients, leveraging Fidelity's investment expertise. The 4 core functions are:
* Chief Investment Office - responsible for leveraging Fidelity’s investment expertise
* Multi National Corporations and Adviser Product - responsible for delivering outstanding product solutions for our Adviser and MNC clients
* GPS Policy and Oversight - responsible for product management and implementation across our workplace pension products and engaging with government, regulatory and industry bodies in the development and analysis of pensions policy.
* GPS Tools - responsible for interactive tools and calculators, governance, and mandatory change in relation to those digital experiences.
About your role
Reporting to the Senior Product Manager - Research & Reporting Tools, you will be responsible for optimising customer and member experience for research and reporting tools. You will collaborate with the business to expand existing capabilities across multiple digital touchpoints to drive growth in usage and net promoter score.
You will create and own the research and reporting tools’ roadmap based on customer needs and business value. You will lead product development to ensure seamless customer/member experience, funnel optimisation based on Adobe Analytics, and drive usage through marketing campaigns. You will monitor reporting tools performance and propose ideas to optimise the funnel and convert valuable traffic.
In this influential role, you will establish an operating model for the tools you own to drive improvements, deliver commercial benefit, and close the gap in customer, member, and advisor expectations. You will collaborate with colleagues across propositions, compliance, digital, model risk, and marketing to create product plans that meet the needs of users across all channels.
You will be accountable for end-to-end testing and regular updates to ensure compliance and fair customer outcomes.
Where required, you will support the wider team, take on projects related to retirement tools, and deputise for the Senior Product Manager in business forums.
Key responsibilities
* Use market insights, competitor analysis, and internal data sources to understand the needs of customers and advisors.
* Create tools roadmap focused on mandatory change, commercial benefit, strategic alignment, and excellent customer & advisor outcomes.
* Establish an operating model and ways of working for maintaining GPS research tools across all channels.
* Act as Product Owner within Illustrations & Capital Gains scrums to ensure the backlog aligns with strategic priorities.
* Identify opportunities to simplify, digitalise, and improve our tools to deliver effortless customer, member & advisor experiences.
* Use insights and analytics to optimise funnels and improve journey performance.
* Manage risks associated with your tools and develop strong relationships with risk, compliance, and production support teams.
* Work closely with Model Owners, Developers, and Model Risk to ensure robust model maintenance.
* Provide SME support for assumptions updates and maintenance of product sheets.
* Work with procurement and vendors to develop and maintain tools, ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
About you
* Experience in transforming end-to-end customer/advisor/member journeys with a focus on funnel management and conversion.
* Proven track record of managing complex delivery projects through scrums.
* Experience in delivering model-first digital products.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to collate insights & evidence to support tool performance evolution.
* Clear understanding of UX design and research frameworks.
* Ability to assign roles and responsibilities within a project.
* Critical thinking and ability to make difficult decisions.
* Comfortable challenging the status quo and managing concurrent tasks against deadlines.
* Strong ownership to drive change from inception to execution.
* Creativity in identifying and delivering change while meeting customer and regulatory requirements.
* Self-starter and team player requiring minimum oversight.
