About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Recruiter with a proven track record in full 360° recruitment — from business development and client management to candidate sourcing, placement, and post-placement follow-up. If you're a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, closing roles, and driving hiring strategy, this role offers the autonomy and growth you're looking for.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll take ownership of your recruitment desk, manage end-to-end searches across various functions or industries, and help shape the way we attract top talent for our clients (or internally, depending on your context).
What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Own the entire recruitment lifecycle — from client brief to candidate placement and beyond
2. Develop and nurture client relationships; act as a trusted advisor and hiring partner
3. Take detailed job briefs, build out role requirements, and define hiring strategies
4. Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, Boolean search, and creative sourcing methods
5. Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical fit and cultural alignment
6. Manage candidate expectations and provide consistent communication and feedback throughout the process
7. Prepare and present candidate shortlists and market insights to clients
8. Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process alongside clients and candidates
9. Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for high-priority and recurring roles
10. Keep ATS and CRM systems up to date with accurate data and progress
11. Mentor junior recruiters (if applicable) and contribute to improving recruitment best practices
What You Bring:
1. 2+ years of full-cycle (360°) recruiting experience, ideally in an agency or fast-paced in-house environment
2. Proven ability to manage and close multiple roles simultaneously
3. Strong client-facing skills and confidence in leading recruitment conversations with hiring managers or clients
4. Advanced sourcing and talent engagement skills, especially on LinkedIn
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Results-driven, resilient, and highly organized
7. Comfortable working independently and hitting performance targets
8. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
9. Strong market awareness and ability to provide consultative insights
Nice to Have:
1. Experience recruiting in [industry – e.g., sustainability, tech, engineering, life sciences, etc.]
2. Familiarity with international markets or cross-border recruitment
3. Background in business development or account management
4. Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in hiring
