What the job involves As a Senior Social Worker within the Child Assessment Team, you will engage in front line work, being a key part of the Borough's efforts to improve services for children and families. This role involves leveraging resources such as Contextual Safeguarding Teams, Court Teams, and Early Help Services, while participating in a vibrant community with rich resources for personal and professional growth. You will receive supportive supervision, manage a reasonable caseload, and benefit from hybrid working arrangements and excellent transport links.
