Monarch Education are currently working alongside Primary Schools in the Spalding area to find a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to start from November 2024 The candidate for this role will supervise and provide particular support for pupils, including those with special needs, ensuring their safety and access to learning activities. The ideal candidate for this role will hold / be confident in the following: Encourage the pupil to interact with others and engage in activities led by the teacher. Set challenging and demanding expectations and promote self-esteem and independence. Provide feedback to the pupil in relation to progress and achievement under guidance of the teacher. Create and maintain a purposeful, orderly and supportive environment, in accordance with the lesson plans and assist with the display of the pupils work. Use strategies, in liaison with the teacher, to support the pupil to achieve learning goals targets/appropriate to EYFS.
