Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for being the first point of contact for customer queries, maintaining inboxes, and working collaboratively within a team. Main duties and responsibilities: Demonstrating excellent customer service at all times Ensuring a professionalism when dealing/interacting with customers or colleagues Being the first point of contact to deal with and resolve issues that may arise Dealing with complaints in an appropriate manner Collaborating with other individuals to ensure strong teamwork Dealing with phone calls and emails in a timely manner Key skills: Able to demonstrate professionalism and positivity Previous experience within a Customer Service environment is essential Ability to work collaboratively, but also use own initiative when required Able to deal with difficult situations in an appropriate and calm manner Able to priorities certain tasks, acknowledging the most important to be completed Why work with Hales?
