Your new role
As the office manager, you bring our values and culture to life by enhancing our office environment and creating innovative ways to engage our people. You will be the point of contact for all general office administrative requests supporting both head office and field-based team members, including:
* Acting as a go-to person to support employees with queries
* Dealing with correspondence and queries including answering and responding to all incoming calls, and management of our post room
* Ensuring all filing systems are managed, updated, and fully GDPR compliant
* Supporting company meetings - from ensuring the breakout areas are fully stocked to recognizing and celebrating important events
* Managing office budgets and office layout and other additional finance admin tasks including raising PO’s for the team
* Implementing and maintaining procedures & office administrative systems
* Supporting office health and safety compliance including being a fire warden and a first aider
* Assisting with employee onboarding and ensuring employees have equipment ahead of their start date
* Primary contact for 3rd party suppliers including facilities, car fleet, mobile phone contract, and IT
This role will be based in our UK office in Maidenhead, Berkshire.
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the following qualifications:
* Previous related experience, with proven ability of providing support in an office environment, including demonstrable ability to act with integrity at all times
* Some knowledge of SAP Finance system would be beneficial
* Competency in managing relationships with key professional service suppliers
* Ability to build relationships and manage all stakeholders
* Resilient with a can-do attitude
* An excellent collaborator with great communication skills
* Comfortable problem-solving and coming up with solutions
