Compensation: Up to £38,000 basic salary, with shift allowances and overtime taking overall earnings above £70,000 per annum.
Remuneration Breakdown:
* Basic weekly wage: £1,458 (up to 38,000 basic)
* Shift Allowance: £84.06 (13:00 - 21:30 shift)
* Weekend Supplement:
o Saturday: +£50 per shift
o Sunday: +£100 per shift
* Overtime Pay: Time and a quarter
Work Schedule:
A three-week rotation of working hours applies.
