My client is a large retail organisation who are looking for a permanent part time HR Advisor to work 3 days per week based in Nottingham NG17.
Job Description
1. Provide HR advice to line managers and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
2. Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
3. Implement HR policies and processes within the organisation.
4. Collaborate with the wider HR team to develop strategies for recruitment, training, and development.
5. Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate and timely payments.
6. Support the implementation of new HR systems or initiatives.
7. Participate in HR projects as needed.
8. Report to and collaborate closely with the HR Manager.
The Successful Applicant
1. Experience working in HR as a HR Coordinator or part time HR Advisor.
2. Strong communication skills.
3. Can handle confidential information securely.
4. Can multi-task.
5. Proficiency with HR databases and Microsoft Office.
6. Can commute to Nottingham NG17 3 times per week.
