Are you passionate about delivering support to children with complex needs?
There are multiple roles available in a Stretford-based Primary School (M32). These posts are for both part-time and full-time positions, starting immediately after February half term for emergency cover and staffing gaps.
The school is looking for people to support children aged between 4 and 11 with their educational needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering effective support to children, displaying patience and effective communication skills to inspire these children towards their goals. In this role, as a learning support assistant, you will be expected to build positive relationships with the pupils and encourage them to make positive choices and behaviors.
* Full-time positions (Monday-Friday, 8.30am-3.30pm)
* Required to commit to the school on a long-term basis
* Interested in securing a permanent role
* Part-time and/or full-time positions (Varied/ad-hoc days - 8.30am-1.00pm/12.00pm-3.30pm/8.30am-3.30pm)
* Would be covering emergency/scheduled absences
You would be joining a brilliant school with a friendly and supportive team who are keen to ensure the success of their pupils is the top priority. You will be expected to provide general support within the classes and work collaboratively with other LSAs and the class teachers.
