Job Title: Sales Administrator
Job Type: Full Time Permanent
Hours: 8:30 - 17:30 or 8:00 - 17:00 (office based) - hybrid working available after probation.
Salary: 25k + Excellent commission structure
Location: Sunbury
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Issue accurate and timely proposals containing documentation relevant to each quotation.
2. Work closely with the existing teams.
3. Ensure that all relevant CRM fields are accurately completed at all times.
4. Follow up on contract renewals, customer warranty, and after-service care.
5. Effectively manage inbound customer calls and queries.
6. Work efficiently through vast amounts of data.
7. Provide technical support and supply additional technical information to customers when required.
Desirable:
1. Previous experience within office administration, processing quotes, orders, or renewals.
2. Experience in working with SAP or similar.
3. Experience in building and maintaining relationships with customers.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Excellent written communication skills.
6. Organized.
7. Highly numerical.
8. Good technical understanding with an interest in understanding a diverse product range.
9. Outgoing and customer-driven nature.
