Job Description
What you’ll do
You will manage and coordinate care for clients, ensuring the highest standards of community care are met. You will be responsible for scheduling and maintaining the rota for care workers, building strong relationships with them, and ensuring that care delivery is effective and efficient.

What you need
You will need to be an efficient, organised, and experienced Care Coordinator who is passionate about providing the best in community care, thrive on managing your rotas to an impeccable standard, and take pride in building relationships with your care workers.
