What Youll Be Doing: As our Media Sales Manager, you'll drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth by developing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with internal teams, clients, and prospects to ensure our initiatives succeed. Your key responsibilities will include: 1. Proposal Creation & Campaign Planning: Plan and strategize experiential campaigns with detailed activity proposals and costing. Use PowerPoint, Excel, and visuals to create impactful presentations. Collaborate with in-house designers to craft engaging visuals for the sales process. 2. Sales Conversion: Take a consultative, proactive approach to selling our services. Set appointments and meet with potential clients, either directly or alongside senior directors. Build lasting relationships with multiple contacts and drive sales to meet or exceed targets. 3. Prospect Identification & Research: Research new prospects through LinkedIn, trade media, and industry events. Analyse existing clients and identify new opportunities. Manage and clean up the customer database. 4. Marketing Communications: Create and execute media plans to engage prospective clients. Develop innovative mailers and content for email, social media, and our website. Keep our seasonal marketing calendar up to date, and use trade media to secure publicity. 5. Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively via email, phone, and in-person presentations. Provide advice, build rapport, and guide clients through the decision-making process. What Were Looking For: Qualifications: A-Level English & Maths Grade A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, PR, Communications, or a related field. Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience is preferred. Strong communication skills for engaging with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Excellent organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
