The Non-Recombinant Primaries Product Manager is responsible for managing our non-recombinant antibody solutions product portfolio. This role is critical for driving near- and long-term growth. As part of this role, you will execute the strategic vision for the non-recombinant primary antibodies portfolio, facilitate revenue growth, and support the transition of customers to recombinant primary antibody products. Your focus on strategy execution, customer engagement, and innovative solutions will ensure the success of this portfolio performance. This position reports to the Senior Director - Antibody Solutions, as part of the Portfolio Management team located in Cambridge, UK, and requires on-site work. Key Responsibilities: Drive the execution of the strategic vision for the non-recombinant primary antibodies portfolio, fostering revenue growth and converting customers to recombinant primary antibody products. Leverage market trends to identify opportunities, differentiate offerings, and expand market share, delivering above-market revenue performance across the portfolio Develop and implement strategies to transition non-recombinant primary antibody customers to recombinant products, emphasizing their benefits to encourage adoption while managing the non-recombinant portfolio performance aligned with this goal Oversee the non-recombinant primaries portfolio, managing the full product lifecycle from development to phase-out. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize product performance, focusing on revenue growth and maintaining market competitiveness Create and execute pricing strategies to ensure competitive positioning in key markets, including academia, while maximizing profitability and facilitating the transition to recombinant products Collect and analyse customer feedback to identify product improvement opportunities and areas for development. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, thought leaders, and industry experts to drive product adoption and insights for the transition from non-recombinant to recombinant products Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or a related field Experience in product management or supporting portfolio performance within the antibody field Strong understanding of the antibody field, particularly in academic and biopharma settings Analytical skills to translate market insights and scientific data into actionable strategies Experience with market research, customer engagement, and competitive analysis in the life sciences sector Highly motivated and results-driven, with a passion for advancing leadership in life sciences tools Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: Ability to travel 30% of the time, within the UK and internationally as required Join our winning team today.
