The Company It is a very team orientated, family focussed company and rather uniquely the company is run as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) which in effect means all employees have shares in the company and receive a share of the profits via a dividend each year and because it is via an EOT the first £3,600 is tax free. It is a company that genuinely sees people as their greatest asset and as such they have picked up awards in Leadership & People Development at the Constructing Excellence awards, won NFB Employer of the Year and are recognised as having reached the Platinum standard when it comes to Investors in People. These are just some of reasons why the average length of service is 17 years and the staff turnover rate is just 1.8% PA. Type of work: Project wise they are very diverse in what they do and how they build things. They are developing their own inhouse design team and making extensive use of BIM and where they design and build the project out they will also offer the client an FM service as well. In conjunction with that offering they are also working with the University of Kent on a knowledge transfer partnership where they will look to see how the design and use of the building affects the performance of the people inside.
