Customer Service Support - Banbury £22k plus commission Due to our clients busy and expanding they are seeking an additional Customer Service Support member to join their team. About the company: Our client is the UK’s largest manufacturer in their field, offering innovative, eco-friendly solutions to the construction industry Responsibilities: Responding to customer queries Building relationships with customers and delivering outstanding customer service Estimating materials required to complete jobs Organising and send out samples for customers Generating quotations and process orders for new and existing customers Updating the company’s administrative online system (CRM) Enquiry follow up via phone and email. Candidates be motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic be a confident and clear communicator both verbally and written be a well-organised team player be able to work under pressure be able to build relationships with customers be experienced working within a high paced office environment have a good level of excel skills Package Up to £22,000 annual salary (OTE bonus between 5k-10k per annum) WPA Cash Plan 30 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Pension Regular company social events 9am to 5pm – Monday to Thursday. 9am to 2.30pm on Friday Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
