In this role, you will: Deliver engaging and curriculum-aligned French and/or Spanish lessons to students of all abilities across different year groups. Develop and implement innovative teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles and maximize student progress. Play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the MFL department, potentially contributing to curriculum development. Contribute to the wider school community, fostering a positive learning environment and potentially participating in extracurricular activities related to languages. The ideal candidate will possess: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in French and/or Spanish. A minimum of two years' successful teaching experience in a secondary school setting. Proven ability to deliver engaging and effective MFL lessons, promoting fluency and cultural understanding. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. A strong passion for languages and the ability to inspire students to develop their linguistic skills and cultural awareness.
