We are looking for a London Operations Coordinator (Maternity Cover) to support the Assistant Operations Manager and work closely with the fellow London Operations Co-Ordinator in the delivery of reception, security and building management at the London Rehearsal Rooms and New Oxford Street Office, including Fire Safety and administrative support to the Operations Team.
Reporting to the Assistant Operations Manager, key areas of responsibility include:
* To provide the first point of contact and welcome at our London Rehearsal Rooms in Clapham, providing a reception, security and fire warden provision.
* To ensure safety around Clapham Rehearsal Rooms at all times and conduct the daily opening and closing procedures are maintained.
* Provision of the Helpdesk function in London and supporting Helpdesk colleagues in Stratford upon Avon as required.
* To be a designated First Aider at the Clapham Rehearsal Rooms (training provided).
* To provide representation for Estates and IT services in London and representation of the London staff to Estates and IT departments in Stratford. Providing support through troubleshooting, training and escalating any problems as appropriate.
To be suitable for this role, it is essential that you have the following knowledge and experience:
* Ability to work independently and flexibly.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills.
* Excellent IT skills: Word, Excel, Outlook.
* The aptitude to learn new software packages.
This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position for 12 months based in London.
You will be working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, although occasional weekend and evening work will be required.
