Who we are looking for:
We’re on the hunt for a Gymnastics Marketing Specialist – someone who lives and breathes the sport, whether you’ve competed, coached, or helped run a club. You understand the dedication, the grit, and magic of gymnastics, and you’re ready to bring that energy into a dynamic marketing role.
This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be out on the road, meeting with clubs, coaches, and gymnasts, building strong relationships, and gathering real stories that showcase the heart of the sport. You’ll help shape how we connect with the gymnastics community, crafting creative short-form content that captures attention and inspires engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Building relationships – You’ll be the face of our brand in the gymnastics world, engaging with existing customers and creating connections with new prospects.
2. Content creation – Capturing and creating short-form written and video content that resonates with coaches, admins, club managers, and owners.
3. Campaign execution – Manage email campaigns, ensuring maximum engagement with gymnastics prospects.
4. Community engagement – Helping us strengthen our ties with the gymnastics community through events, social media, and innovative marketing strategies.
5. Developing strategy – Playing a key role in shaping how we market to and support the gymnastics world.
6. Travelling and networking – Hitting the road to meet clubs and attend gymnastics events, ensuring we’re always present where it matters most.
7. Collaborating with the team – While this is a remote/hybrid role, you’ll join the rest of the team in our Brighton office once a month. Travel expenses will be fully covered to help collaboration and idea-sharing.
What you need:
1. A background in gymnastics – As a gymnast, coach, or helping manage a club, you know the sport inside and out.
2. A passion for creativity – You enjoy crafting compelling stories and finding new ways to engage audiences.
3. A willingness to learn – We’ll provide training and help you grow in marketing, but you need to bring the enthusiasm.
4. A love for building relationships – You’re naturally outgoing and love connecting and networking with people.
5. A flexible, go-getter attitude – You’re ready to travel the UK, meet new people, and immerse yourself in the gymnastics world.
6. A UK driving licence – Since this role involves travel, having a full, valid UK driving licence is highly preferred.
What we offer:
1. Training in marketing and content creation.
2. The chance to shape how we engage with the gymnastics community.
3. A flexible, hybrid role with travel opportunities.
4. A role that lets you stay deeply connected to the sport you love.
5. Monthly travel to Brighton for team collaboration.
