Are you an experienced IT Project Manager with a passion for implementing new applications? Are you proficient in various Project Management methodologies?
Do you want to lead on end-to-end, technology change projects? Where you will have full autonomy at a business investing heavily in new tech?
This Essex based Housing Association is looking to hire an IT Project Manager to lead on business-critical, digital change and transformation projects. This role involves supporting several critical projects, including upgrading existing IT applications and you will also manage a large transformation programme and the implementation of a new system early next year.
In this position, you will work closely with technology teams and other business stakeholders to manage end-to-end projects. As the IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for creating project roadmaps, setting timelines, delivering milestones and ensuring successful technology launches.
The Housing Association is looking to push the envelope on innovation across the entire business, but some key upcoming projects will look at innovation on the Microsoft stack, upgrading their housing management systems, integrated apps, and implementing new tech strategies. In short there is loads going on across technology change and this Housing Association where you will be responsible.
You would be an excellent fit if you have end-to-end, IT project management experience, and you are looking for more exposure and more ownership of projects.
To excel in this role, you should:
* Have experience managing projects from inception to completion
* Have worked on application and systems upgrades
* Have good knowledge of project governance and working with a PMO
* Be well-versed in multiple project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
* Possess excellent stakeholder management skills across various levels
The salary on offer is £50,000 to £55,000 to with some excellent benefits. This role is hybrid with likely 1 day a week at their office in Essex.
Interviews will be taking place in October, with the Head of Transformation looking to review applications as soon as possible.
