1. Joinery Workshop Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
* Managing the Workshop production staff, from CNC operations, joinery, sprayshop, print, creative team, packing.
* Production planning – Production should be planned in atleast two weeks in advanced and staff working hours should be factored in and communicated to staff in a timely manner, Staff scheduling should include proposed overtime hours during weekdays and weekends.
* Arranging freelance crew if project schedule requires additional support.
* Implement Clarity scheduling system and to ensure all staff are updating their hours correctly.
* Direct communications with Technical drawing team, Project managers, Installation managers and Senior Management.
* Involved in project briefings to ensure full understanding of upcoming projects. To discuss and suggest how projects should be drawn/built and present material choices.
* Provide a full briefing to the production team. Daily and weekly meetings with the production team to brief in projects and set project targets will be required. The production team must have a full understanding of what is expected of them.
* Attend installations. On occasion it may be beneficial for you to attend the installation to ensure the project is installed to the highest standard.
* Ensure Installation team is fully briefed on the project, with detailed sketches and installation pics/videos to be supplied to illustrate build. ...
