We’re all about building skills, confidence, and independence – and we’d love for you to be part of it The Role As a Sales Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in creating a welcoming shop environment, assisting customers, caring for plants, and supporting our workers to develop their retail skills. Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and plant sales advice Price and restock products inside the shop and in the plant sales area Maintain accurate records, including stock management and transaction processing Care for plants, ensuring proper watering (especially on weekends) Handle cash/card transactions confidently and accurately Open and close the shop (and site if last on duty) Support and encourage workers with learning disabilities in their retail roles Contribute ideas to enhance the shop’s growth and marketing Please note: An enhanced DBS check will be sought if you are offered the role.
