As a member of a well-established Accounts Team you will support and assist in the day-to-day financial functions of the business.
Key Duties
Take ownership and management of all expense accounts:
Expense and utility purchase invoices and scanning
Expense and utility purchase ledger account reconciliations
Paypal and Sundry account queries and reconciliations
Nominal Ledger account reconciliations
BACS pro-forma payments
Resolving queries with Branches and suppliers by telephone and / or email
Purchase Ledger Registering and Scanning (cover)
Sales Ledger and Credit Chase (cover)
Essential Criteria
GCSE’s in Maths and English at grade C or above
Ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and internet to an intermediate level
