We are seeking a dedicated HSQE Manager to uphold our clients' high standards of health and safety across projects. Reporting to the HSQE Director, you will play a pivotal role in implementing safety management systems and promoting a positive safety culture throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with UK and EU health and safety regulations.
* Implement and maintain safety management systems on all projects.
* Conduct site inspections and audits, addressing any identified risks.
* Deliver training and toolbox talks to enhance safety awareness.
* Investigate incidents and enforce preventive measures.
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
Requirements:
* NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent.
* Proven health and safety experience, ideally in construction.
* Strong knowledge of UK health and safety regulations.
* Willingness to go onsite as needed - 70% site work, 30% desk work.
This role requires full-time site work; there is no remote work opportunity.
