We are searching for a Marketing Manager to join our team. You'll be based in our head office on Anderson Street in Inverness.
What you'll need:
* Previous experience in a similar role - management experience is preferred.
* Experience with digital marketing, including social media marketing, email marketing, marketing analytics, and content creation.
* Experience with more traditional marketing methods including direct marketing and event coordination.
* Experience with copywriting, public relations, and media management.
* Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications, in particular InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator.
It would be advantageous if you have familiarity with the aquaculture and marine industries.

What you'll be doing:
As Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting work towards our vision and mission by creating, leading, and delivering the marketing and branding strategy for the company.
As part of a small team, you will carry out all day-to-day marketing and branding work, support senior management and directors to promote and deliver sales objectives and product commercialisation, support market analysis, and work on strategic long-term planning and internal and external brand image.
The role is full-time which means you'll be working a 39-hour week, usually Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 4pm.
