We are looking for two motivated IT Apprentices to join our dynamic team and support various technology needs across the organization. Job Description: The roles involve participation in two core areas: IT Service and IT Project Delivery, rotating every 6 months. Responsibilities will include supporting service ticket processing, IT project lifecycle assistance, cyber security awareness, maintaining accurate IT records, and collaborating with the tech team on policy improvement. Responsibilities: Rotate between IT Service and IT Project Delivery roles every 6 months. Manage service tickets, ensuring resolution within SLA. Provide technical support for troubleshooting IT-related issues. Assist in implementing IT projects as part of the PMO team. Conduct cyber security awareness campaigns and phishing tests. Maintain IT asset records and ensure data compliance. Collaborate with the tech team to enhance IT policies. Participate in training sessions to develop IT skills. Requirements: Keen interest in IT and technology. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Aptitude for continuous improvement and learning new technologies. Qualifications equivalent to GCSEs, A Levels, or BTEC.
