As an integral part of our operations, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business.
Operation Service Agent:
Operations Service Agents communicate with our suppliers to ensure quality control of all orders placed by the service team. This will include a variety of tasks to be managed on a daily basis via the operations screen. An OSA is expected to communicate with various external and internal sources whilst monitoring a job through from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure deliveries are monitored and escalated to the appropriate person following any discrepancies.
2. Ensure collections are monitored and escalated to the appropriate person following any discrepancies.
3. Ensure that address and contact details on the order are clear and accurate with notes left.
4. Confirmation of New orders.
5. Confirmation of off hires and obtaining reference numbers.
6. Processing Terminations and Weight Chases at the end of contract.
7. Proof reading and reiteration of important aspects of orders such as special instructions and timed deliveries.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm

Pay: £24,000.00 per year
