Are you dedicated and detail-oriented? Our client is seeking a Cleaner to join their team in Deeside. As a Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in their facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff, customers, or guests.
Job Title: Cleaner
Location: Deeside
Remuneration: Up to £12 per hour
Contract Details: Two-week cover, Monday-Friday, 4pm-6pm
Responsibilities:
1. Clean, dust, and sanitise all assigned areas, including floors, surfaces, furniture, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
2. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and carpets.
3. Empty trash bins and replace liners; ensure waste is disposed of properly.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
5. Replenish supplies, such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
6. Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, including scrubbing and disinfecting surfaces.
7. Report any maintenance issues, such as broken fixtures or equipment, to the supervisor.
8. Follow health and safety guidelines, including the use of appropriate cleaning products and equipment.
9. Ensure cleaning equipment is maintained and stored correctly.
10. Work with other cleaning staff to ensure all duties are completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Skills:
11. Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not required.
12. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
13. Strong attention to detail.
14. Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
15. Good physical condition and ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
16. Ability to follow safety guidelines and work efficiently.
17. Dependable, punctual, and with a positive attitude.
