Food & Beverage Operations Manager

Set in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside, we are an independent family-run luxury venue with multiple restaurants, a farm shop, picture house, wedding venue, events space, a festival field, and a hotel. We care about our land, our people, and our guests, and we are looking to recruit an F&B Operations Manager to help drive Tewinbury towards becoming one of the best hotels in the UK.
Working with an excellent team, you will be responsible for overseeing The Granary Kitchen, The Cowshed restaurant, The Stable Bar, and Courtyard.
The role of Food & Beverage Operations Manager will involve:
* Overseeing all our Tewinbury Food & Beverage operations
* Improving processes - identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and quality across our F&B offering
* Delivering team culture – coaching and mentoring managers and team members to thrive in their roles
* Managing resources (human, financial, and material) effectively to optimize performance and minimize costs
* Quality Control - ensure that our products and services meet our standards and guest expectations
* Problem Solving - identify and resolve operational issues, implementing solutions to improve performance
* Team Leadership - lead and motivate our teams, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve our operational goals
Requirements for Food & Beverage Operations Manager:
* Previous experience in multisite or high-volume operations is preferred
* Inspired by food, wine, and people
* Hands-on attitude with a 'can do' approach
* Excellent presentation standards
* Willing to work a variety of shifts, on any 5 days out of 7, any day of the year
