This is an exciting opportunity to join a values-driven organisation that supports children and young adults aged 4 to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities. In this role, you will provide vital executive support to the senior leadership team, governing board, and trustees of the Enterprise Cooperative Trust (ECT). You’ll be responsible for diary management, minute-taking, event coordination, and project support, ensuring the school’s leadership runs smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Providing high-level administrative and executive support Managing senior leaders’ diaries and coordinating meetings Taking accurate minutes and ensuring follow-ups are actioned Organising events and supporting key school projects Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWho We’re Looking For: Experience supporting senior leaders or executive teams Exceptional organisational and communication skills Strong attention to detail, particularly in admin and governance tasks Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively A proactive, solutions-focused approach Passion for education and supporting young people Experience in school governance is not essential—we’re looking for a skilled administrator who is highly organised, proactive, and aligned with our client’s values.
