Description
1. Strategic Mastery: Collaborate with the Head Coach to formulate and refine tactical strategies, emphasising counter-strategies and opponent analysis to gain a competitive advantage.
2. Player Development: Work closely with individual players to enhance their role and agent-specific skills through personalised coaching, analysis, and intensive practice sessions.
3. Conduct thorough gameplay analysis to identify areas for improvement, providing actionable feedback to elevate player performance.
4. Perform live analysis of official matches and scrims, providing real-time insights and feedback to players and coaching staff.
5. Code and edit match footage post-game to produce comprehensive post-match reports and insights for continuous improvement.
6. Update and maintain statistical databases for trend analysis, ensuring accurate and up-to-date performance metrics.
7. Produce content for team strategy sessions and team debriefs, enhancing communication and learning.
8. Deliver timely and constructive feedback to both staff and players, fostering continuous improvement and a positive team culture.
9. Create detailed reports on various aspects of performance, offering insights and actionable recommendations.
10. Interpret, analyse, and disseminate performance data to contribute to strategic decision-making and performance optimisation.
Minimum Requirements
* Passion for, and deep strategic understanding of, Counter-Strike.
* A keen eye for game coding, video editing, and statistical analysis.
* Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity.
