The Successful Applicant
* Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
* Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused attitude.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Experience in maintaining records and preparing reports.
