Role Overview
As a Trainee Insurance Team Leader, you will undergo a structured development program designed to prepare you for a leadership role. Under the guidance of experienced managers, you will learn to oversee a team of insurance agents, drive performance, and deliver excellent customer service, all while gaining valuable industry knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
* Training and Development: Participate in leadership training programs, workshops, and mentoring sessions.
* Team Support: Work closely with team members to understand their roles and challenges, providing assistance where needed.
* Customer Engagement: Learn to manage customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Sales Insights: Gain a deep understanding of sales strategies and processes to help the team meet targets.
* Compliance Learning: Familiarize yourself with insurance regulations and company policies to ensure adherence in all activities.
* Leadership Preparation: Shadow experienced team leaders to observe best practices in managing performance, coaching staff, and fostering team spirit.
* Dealing with new business sales, mid-term adjustments, liaising with Underwriters, rebroking, issuance and renewals
* Any other business required by the business.

• Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is an advantage but not essential.
• Strong in sales or business development and provide high levels of customer service

• Hours: 08:30 am - 5 pm (Mon-Fri)
• 08:30 am - 12 pm (Every 2nd Sat on a Rota)
