As a Billing Advisor, you’ll report directly to the Billing Manager and play an integral role in our dynamic SME Billing and Payments team. Key Responsibilities
* Generate a variety of customer bills with meticulous attention to detail and punctuality, ensuring every bill is error-free and delivered on schedule.
* Conduct thorough reviews and adjustments to accounts that bypass our automated billing process, ensuring all aspects of a customer’s account, including legal entity information, and charging specifics, are verified and aligned.
* Manage requests from internal departments and customers regarding move-in and move-out processes. This includes contacting customers where required.
* Utilise various resources to identify occupiers of sites and compile evidence packs to support findings.
* Collaborate with fellow team members to address billing queries, contributing expertise and cooperation to achieve swift and satisfactory resolutions.
* Extend expertise to assist other areas of the business with billing queries, demonstrating flexibility and knowledge as a valuable resource across departments.
* Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, offering fresh ideas and insights to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in billing operations.
* Effectively manage workload and cases to ensure all tasks are completed within specified timeframes, prioritising tasks to meet deadlines without compromise.
