What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, youβll have a dual focus:
* Driving sales and business growth on an already successful desk.
* Developing and mentoring a team, stepping into a leadership role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
β Manage & Expand the Primary Desk β Maximise current business and secure new placements in Primary schools.
β Develop & Strengthen Client Relationships β Build long-term partnerships with schools and ensure they receive top-tier candidates.
β Recruit Top Talent β Source, interview, and place high-quality educators across Primary, Secondary, and SEND education.
β Mentor & Lead β Train and motivate junior consultants, shaping them into future top billers.
β Achieve & Exceed Targets β Work towards ambitious sales goals, with uncapped commission as your reward.
β Drive New Business β Identify opportunities for growth, expand our reach, and open doors to new partnerships.
β Work Strategically with Leadership β Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to create and execute recruitment strategies.
What Weβre Looking For
We need a high-performing, target-driven recruiter with the confidence and experience to take charge of a thriving desk. The ideal candidate will have:
πΉ Proven success in recruitment, preferably within education (but we welcome top billers from other industries!).
πΉ Strong sales & business development skills β you must be commercially minded, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
πΉ Leadership potential β whether youβve already managed a team or are ready to step up, we need someone who can inspire others.
πΉ Relationship-building expertise β you should be able to nurture long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
πΉ Resilience, motivation, and drive β recruitment is challenging, and we need someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys winning.
πΉ Exceptional communication & negotiation skills β youβll be working with schools, candidates, and internal teams, so being a strong communicator is key.
