What You'll Be Doing
As a Lead Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have a dual focus:
* Driving sales and business growth on an already successful desk.
* Developing and mentoring a team, stepping into a leadership role.
Your Key Responsibilities:
✔ Manage & Expand the Primary Desk – Maximise current business and secure new placements in Primary schools.
✔ Develop & Strengthen Client Relationships – Build long-term partnerships with schools and ensure they receive top-tier candidates.
✔ Recruit Top Talent – Source, interview, and place high-quality educators across Primary, Secondary, and SEND education.
✔ Mentor & Lead – Train and motivate junior consultants, shaping them into future top billers.
✔ Achieve & Exceed Targets – Work towards ambitious sales goals, with uncapped commission as your reward.
✔ Drive New Business – Identify opportunities for growth, expand our reach, and open doors to new partnerships.
✔ Work Strategically with Leadership – Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to create and execute recruitment strategies.
What We’re Looking For
We need a high-performing, target-driven recruiter with the confidence and experience to take charge of a thriving desk. The ideal candidate will have:
🔹 Proven success in recruitment, preferably within education (but we welcome top billers from other industries!).
🔹 Strong sales & business development skills – you must be commercially minded, with a track record of hitting and exceeding targets.
🔹 Leadership potential – whether you’ve already managed a team or are ready to step up, we need someone who can inspire others.
🔹 Relationship-building expertise – you should be able to nurture long-term partnerships with both clients and candidates.
🔹 Resilience, motivation, and drive – recruitment is challenging, and we need someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys winning.
🔹 Exceptional communication & negotiation skills – you’ll be working with schools, candidates, and internal teams, so being a strong communicator is key.
