We’re seeking a proactive and organised operations assosiate to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring our stores operate smoothly and efficiently. From auditing to assisting with new store openings and creative projects, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting our growth and delivering top-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Store Auditing: Conduct regular audits of store operations to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Issue Resolution: Handle any in-store system issues that arise and report back to the Operational Manager with detailed updates.
* Report Management: Print off and manage weekly performance and operational reports for stores.
* Store Competitions: Organise and oversee store competitions to boost staff engagement and morale.
* Stock Transport: Drive to various stores to deliver stock as needed. (Valid driving license required.)
* Menu Rollouts: Assist in the launch of new menu items, ensuring a smooth transition in-store.
* Creative Input: Collaborate with the team to come up with innovative ideas for limited-edition products and promotions.
* New Store Openings: Help with the planning and execution of opening new store locations.
* Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Operations and Training & Development teams to ensure alignment in processes and staff training.
* Team Training Support: Assist with in-store staff training during new product launches or when implementing new procedures.
Job Requirements:
* Valid driving license and willingness to travel between store locations as needed.
* Strong organisational skills with a detail-oriented approach to auditing and reporting.
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve in-store issues efficiently.
* Creative mindset with a passion for contributing ideas, especially for new menu items and promotions.
* Experience working in a fast-paced retail or food and beverage environment is a plus.
* Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with the Head of Operations and other team members.

Pay: £29,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
