You will support the growth of a forward-thinking solution powered by 1st party data and AI in the marketing measurement space.
This role will work closely with the Head of Customer Success and also have attention from both founders as they hire across all Business Units following a recent £3M funding round.
The company already has around £2M ARR and clients across retail, beauty, fashion, and sports. They are also VC-backed and have the backing of top SaaS entrepreneurs you're bound to recognize.
The Role:
* Own the overall success of an assigned book of blue chip clients.
* Be responsible for the post-sales customer journey including onboarding, product adoption and value delivery.
* Help customers achieve higher ROAS and lower CPA from their main advertising channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
You must have:
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads, from working on paid advertising campaigns either client-side or the agency side.
* Strong experience with or knowledge of multi-touch attribution, marketing mix modelling, or alternative marketing measurement.
* Client-facing experience within a MarTech vendor - ideally within the attribution space.
