Role Overview
We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to support a busy event season on a six-week contract. In this role, you’ll liaise directly with clients, ensuring they have all the essential information needed to attend and enjoy the events. This position involves frequent phone and email communication with customers, event preparation assistance, and general office administration support.
