Marketing Director - Central London! Up to £130,000 + Benefits

Salary: Up to £130,000 + Benefits
We are working with a great business based in London who have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Director to lead the growth and brand development of a dynamic Hospitality business. This role is ideal for a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with a passion for immersive experiences and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, footfall, and revenue.
2. Lead brand positioning and storytelling, ensuring a strong and consistent presence across all platforms.
3. Define customer segmentation and tailor marketing initiatives to target diverse audiences.
4. Campaign Management & Digital Marketing: Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, PPC, paid social, and influencer partnerships.
5. Manage and optimise the CRM and email marketing strategy to boost customer engagement and retention.
6. Lead the execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns, using data-driven insights to maximise impact.
7. Partnerships & Events: Develop strategic partnerships with brands, media, and influencers to enhance brand visibility.
8. Oversee the planning and execution of events, promotions, and activations to drive footfall and engagement.
9. Collaborate with operations teams to enhance the customer experience through in-venue marketing initiatives.
10. Data & Performance Analysis: Use analytics and reporting tools to track campaign performance and drive data-led decision-making.
11. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep the brand at the forefront of the entertainment sector.
12. Set and manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI on all initiatives.
Key Requirements
1. Experience: Minimum 7+ years in senior marketing roles, within hospitality, bars, restaurant groups.
2. Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
3. Digital Expertise: Strong understanding of performance marketing, social media, and CRM strategies.
4. Creative Vision: Ability to craft compelling brand stories and engaging campaigns.
5. Commercial Acumen: Experience managing budgets, driving ROI, and working towards business objectives.
6. Leadership Skills: Ability to build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
