Working on two levels, we bring together a blend of customer engagement, marketing and operational development (for customer experience), recruitment, employer branding, and HR expertise (for employee experience) to help our clients create thriving companies that people love being involved with.
The Role
As a Marketing and Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, leading our marketing efforts, event coordination, and supporting client delivery. You’ll help us promote our brand, streamline processes, and deliver exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing and Promotion:
1. Develop and implement creative content for social media, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
2. Assist with promotional activities, including copywriting, graphic design, and analytics tracking.
3. Support the creation of client-facing materials such as proposals and presentations.
Events and Organising:
1. Assist with events, webinars, and workshops.
2. Manage logistics, scheduling, and follow-ups for events and key projects.
Operations and Support:
1. Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
2. Coordinate with clients and internal teams to support project delivery.
3. Contribute to process improvement and organisational efficiency.
4. Collaborate on projects that truly make a difference for our clients.
About You
1. Experience: Background in marketing, creative work, or people-focused functions (e.g., HR, recruitment, customer service).
2. Skills: A mix of creative flair and organisational skills, with strong attention to detail.
3. Attributes: Proactive, ethical, values-driven, self-motivated, and adaptable, with a collaborative approach to work.
4. Bonus Points: Experience with tools like Canva, social media platforms, or project management software.
