About the Role As a Service Administrator, youll provide admin, HR and recruitment support to our home, working closely with the Registered Manager and wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. From onboarding new colleagues to keeping our HR systems up-to-date, your work will directly support our ability to deliver quality care. Key Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment campaigns and support new starter processes Maintain up-to-date HR databases and personnel files Provide admin support across HR, rota planning, and digital systems Minute and coordinate meetings including investigations and staff appraisals Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and internal audit standards Assist with rota and payroll processes Support the Registered Manager in implementing digital transformation projects Deliver excellent reception and customer service support as needed What We're Looking For Experience in an administrative or HR support role Strong organisational, communication and IT skills High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially A proactive, supportive team player with a problem-solving mindset Confident using Microsoft Office and open to learning new digital systems An understanding of care settings is desirable but not essential What Youll Get in Return ??In 2025 our sister company, Active Pathways, celebrates its 21st birthday, and all team members will receive an extra day's annual leave to celebrate their birthday Supportive and friendly work environment.
