PART TIME ROLE - WORKING 2 DAYS PER WEEK **
** 8.00AM - 4.00PM **
We are seeking a proactive and professional individual to join us as a temporary Front of House Receptionist. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, personable, and able to manage a variety of administrative tasks with ease.
Responsibilities include:
* Handling phone calls in a polite and professional manner
* Directing deliveries and managing personnel at the reception
* Coordinating lunch bookings and meeting room schedules
* Taking meeting minutes as needed
* Performing administrative duties, including filing and general housekeeping
Requirements:
* Prior experience with Excel and Outlook is ideal
* Exceptional communication and organizational skills
* A friendly and welcoming attitude with a focus on customer service
Pay Rate: £11.44 per hour - £12.82 per hour
Duration: 12 weeks minimum
