My client is a Design & Build Electrical Contractor established in the early 2000s. With offices in both London and Essex, they are now seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team, who lives within a commutable distance to Liverpool Street Station. They allow flexible working from their office bases or home.
They specialise in commercial office fit-outs ranging from £5k - £2m, so the successful project manager must have experience running small contracts simultaneously alongside larger projects.
The Project Manager will work closely with the Senior Management team to support the tendering, estimating, and delivery of electrical building services projects and contracts throughout London, with most clients based within the M25. It is expected that the Project Manager will spend their time working from site covering site visits, surveys, and meetings.
