Commercial Administrator - Nottingham
Our fabulous client in Nottingham are looking for a Commercial Administrator to join their East Midlands region, to support their ever-growing team and provide vital administrative support to the social housing team!
As a Commercial Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring Contractors are paid correctly and accurately
Ensuring purchase orders are raised within a timely fashion
Ensuring all related documentation is filed accordingly
Using the COINS system to carry out accounting duties
Assisting in regular internal audits on commercial and operational procedures being followed
Providing cost related information to other departments when required.
Administration duties at Procurement stage, preparing enquiry packs, collating tender information
Maintain storage rooms so that files and stock are correctly stored, archived and organised to ensure the room is kept accessible and always well presented.
Update the drawing register and notify the surveyors and the technical and site departments of any new revisions
Assisting the Commercial team with document management, ensuring procedures are established and followed
Completing any Ad Hoc Duties required by the wider team or Directors
About You
GCSE / A Levels or equivalent qualifications.
Experience with COINS system is beneficial.
Previous experience working in an administrative OR similar role is desirable but not essential.
