Your new company You will be joining a leading organisation in the property sector. They are looking for a talented PMO Analyst to join their dynamic team and contribute to their large-scale transformation projects. Your new role The client are looking for PMO Analyst with a strong background in Agile environments and proficiency in Jira. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing large portfolios and ensuring robust governance frameworks. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can support project teams, facilitate effective communication, and ensure adherence to project management best practices.Key Responsibilities: Support the management of large project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and governance standards. Develop and maintain Agile Jira boards for project tracking and collaboration. Facilitate the preparation and review of programme documentation, including executive reports and governance materials. Conduct quality assurance and stage gate reviews to ensure project compliance and successful delivery. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to implement effective project management methodologies and best practices. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and provide strategic recommendations for resolution. Lead and participate in governance forums, steering committee meetings, and risk management sessions. Provide coaching and mentoring to project teams on Agile practices and PMO controls. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a PMO Analyst or in a similar role within an Agile environment. Proficiency in Jira and other project management tools. Strong understanding of portfolio management, budget management, and change management. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. The ability to develop and implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
