Our client is seeking a dedicated and proactive Finance Officer to join their public sector organisation. They pride themselves on looking after their customers.
Your new role
As the Finance Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that members' payments and payroll deductions are processed in a timely manner. All transactions are reconciled daily, and invoices are processed in line with the credit union's policies and procedures.
1. Perform daily reconciliation via SAGE and Excel.
2. Process payroll deductions and invoices.
3. Update member details and process any changes.
4. Handle payment and customer queries and resolutions.
5. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
What you’ll need to succeed
You will have:
1. Experience working within a finance role.
2. Excellent attention to detail.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Understanding of Sage 200.
5. High level of accuracy in all areas of your work.
