Job summary As a Trust we are investing in the Estates Engineering infrastructure primarily in our mechanical & electrical engineering systems to provide the foundation for the Trust to achieve significant carbon reductions through the introduction of new renewable technologies. The post holder will be employed to undertake maintenance work which will be routine and varied in nature and will include reactive work and planned preventative maintenance. To ensure the optimum level of performance, safety and availability of the Trust's Estate and associated infrastructure and building services.
