Salary £49,764 - £53,887 Per Annum | Permanent, Full time | 37 hours per week

Are you an experienced Prosecutions Lawyer looking for your next opportunity? Lead our Prosecutions team and use your expertise to provide legal advice and handle complex cases with political awareness. You will work on high-quality cases across various service areas, including fraud, enforcement, appeals, judicial reviews, and regulatory litigation. You will also:
1. Act as a technical reference and contribute to the development of innovative services.
2. Collaborate with senior lawyers and the Head of Legal to foster a supportive and ethical culture.
3. Develop and motivate team members to achieve high standards.
What we're looking for:
1. Qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives with a current practicing certificate.
2. Proven experience as a prosecutor with a local authority, CPS, or other agency.
3. Strong advocacy skills and experience in all tiers of court.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
Planning knowledge and experience advising elected Members would be beneficial in this role.
