Job Description
1. Overseeing daily office operations
2. Providing support to the Secretarial & Business Support teams
3. Managing office supplies and liaising with vendors
4. Implementing and maintaining office systems and processes
5. Facilitating internal communication
6. Organising team meetings and events
7. Assisting in the resolution of office-related issues
8. Contributing to the continuous improvement of office procedures
The Successful Applicant
A successful Office Manager should have:
1. A degree or equivalent qualification
2. Prior experience in an office management role

4. Strong communication and leadership abilities
5. Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
